Stanley Kubrick Film Promotion. Competition from other local movie venues was distracting the core audience from the Film Center’s events. For this reason, a typographic movie poster and other promotional materials were created to promote the Stanely Kubrick film event. By using a typographic style, the advertisement created appeared more thought out and artistic than a typical flat photo based movie poster.
